Term and Condition

Order Quantity - The minimum order accepted is 1x20' container.

Custom Design - Custom design furniture is accepted as long as it is made of wood. Before manufacturing a custom design furniture, we sometime have to make some adjustments on the construction. The changes usualy made with the aim to make a strong and safe item.

Packaging system - The standard of packaging is foam sheet wrapped with corrugated paper and sticker paper for shipping mark. For fragile items, the packaging is using wooden crate with ISPM standard. If you have special request of packaging and shipping mark, all should be declared into the term of sales and signed by both parties.

Delivery time - Normally need 60 days working day after receiving deposit payment to complete a container order.

Price Terms - The prices offered are based on ex-factory term, but also possible to offer FOB and CIF terms. Please ask our team of sales for your preference term!

Payment Terms - Telegraphic transfer with 40% deposit to be wired as an order confirmation and 60% to be wired when the order completed. IrrevocableLC at sight is accepted as well.

Freight Forwarder - We are connected with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. We will sincerely help you to arrange the shipment.

Order Cancelation - No refund on order cancelation.
